Availability of Alpha-2-Macroglobulin Assay: From Karla Lemmert

Any advice on availability of A2M (alpha-2-macroglobulin) assay would be greatly appreciated. As you all know, its elevation in nephrosis contributes to the "classic" pattern seen on serum EPG…

In the image above, note the features consistent with nephrotic syndrome, including low albumin, high alpha-2, and low gamma & total protein. A2M "too big" to be lost in urine, so stays in serum as alpha-2 "blip".
