Although we're still no closer to finding a testing laboratory, I'm grateful to everyone who has fed back so far (Still looking for the holy grail):
From Marvin Fritzler: "This was Ban Hock Toh's area?
He or Wendy Pollock should have some information."
From Bob Wilson: "The last time (long time ago) we had a request for enterocyte antibodies the test was being performed in the Anatomical Pathology Dept, Royal Women's and Children's Hospital, Adelaide. Not sure if they still do them."
From Ban-Hock Toh: "Unfortunately, we have no experience with enterocyte antibodies."
