Autoimmune Enteropathy - Enterocyte Antibodies

I'd be grateful if any of our colleagues knows where we might send blood to test for anti-enterocyte antibodies,
as seen in autoimmune enteropathy (visit here for readings: Autoimmune enteropathy 1 & 2)
