"I would echo Theo's question regarding mortality risk from ACE-I angioedema and would like to broaden the question to mortality risk from angioedema in CSU with angioedema. I am not aware of any reported deaths from this either and it directly impacts on the decision as to whether to provide an epipen in those CSU patients who have had upper airway angioedema (or even perceived upper airway angioedema) - Regards Gary"
