Scleroderma Antibodies

Dear All
In December of 2012, Theo asked about availability of scleroderma antibodies. I'm grateful to David Heyworth-Smith for pointing us towards the commercially-available Euroline suite of assays
, including a so-called "Systemic Sclerosis Profile (Nucleoli)" which includes Scl-70, CENP-A, CENP-B, RNA-polymerase-3 (subunits RP11 and RP155), fibrillarin, NOR-90, Th/To, Pm-Scl-100, Pm-Scl-75, Ku, PDGFR, and Ro52

An article has been published addressing the use of this LIA method in clinical practcie, and can be found by visting the Immunology Readings Site and opening the paper ("Scleroderma LIA Assessment") under "Scleroderma" section of the page.
